CAL Controls eCAL Compact Temperature and Process Controller

CAL Controls eCAL 1/16 DIN digital loop controller is a compact cost-effective temperature and process controller with extended capabilities. It's easy to install and retrofit. The eCAL features full PID control and a simple user interface with easy-to-read dual LED displays and status LEDs. A four-button membrane keypad includes a function button that can be configured for auto/manual, tuning, or profiler controls.

 

  • 1/16 DIN or 1/8 DIN PID Controller with Two-Line Display: 4 Digits Upper, 3 Digits Lower
  • Universal Input: Thermocouples, RTDs, and Linear DC
  • Up to Three Outputs: SPST Relays, Solid State Relay Drivers, and Linear DC
  • PID, On/Off Control, Heat or Heat/Cool Operation, plus Manual/Auto Pre-Tune
  • Two Absolute or Deviation Alarms (High, Low, or Band), Loop Alarm, Relay Life Monitor, High Ambient Temperature Warning, plus On-Screen Status Messages
  • Programmer Function Included Standard: Two Programs, Up to 16 Segments, plus Delay Timer, Guaranteed Soak, Ramp, Dwell, Step, Events, and Loop
  • Modbus RTU (RS-485) Communications Optional on Output #3
