Siemens SITRANS FUT1010 ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter is ideal for high accuracy applications in the liquid and gas hydrocarbon industry. WideBeam® technology reduces the meter's sensitivity to changes in the medium's physical properties, uses the resonant frequency of the pipe wall to transmit energy into the medium, using the wall as a waveguide. Siemens' permanent TransLoc™ mounting system ensures proper sensor sealing to the pipe with minimal maintenance and no clogging from the pipe media.

SITRANS FUT1010 for liquids meets OIML R117 and API requirements for custody transfer pipeline, terminal, refinery, and transportation applications. SITRANS FUT1010 for gas is compliant with AGA-9 for high accuracy custody transfers. An internal AGA-8 table lets the meter report standard volume flow without the need for a separate volume-compensating flow computer.
