PIE's 541 frequency calibrator with totalizer calibrates, tests, and diagnoses turbine meters, frequency counters, vibration systems, tachometers, flow meters, vortex shedders, integrators, and other frequency devices. You can use it to calibrate positive displacement flowmeters, watt-hour meters, or slow rated integrators with frequencies as low as one count per hour.

A gate-time LED flashes with received pulses, indicating when the proper input adjustment level is met. The 541 calibrator also automatically stops when your selected number of pulses has been sent to the totalizer.

 

• Accuracy: ±0.005% of range
• Source and read five ranges: 0.001 to 20 kHz, 0.01 to 200 Hz, 0.1 to 2000 Hz, 0.1 to 2000 Counts per Minute, or 1 to 20000 Counts per Hour
• Simulate vibration pickups and variable speed drives with sine wave outputs; simulate flowmeters and magnetic pickups with square wave outputs
• Measure flow meter, vibration, parts counter and other process frquency signals from 0.1 to 120 V
• Totalize inputs/outputs from 1 to 99999 in 1 to 100 minutes
• Store any three frequencies for instant recall
