West Plus Series P6170 P8170 and P4170 Open Loop Valve Motor Drive Controllers
West 6170+, 4170+, and 8170+ valve motor drive (VMD) controllers have been specifically designed for open loop valve motor drive applications. West's unique VMD tuning algorithm continuously monitors the process to provide stable control at all times. In addition to the VMD outputs, options are available for alarms, 24 VDC transmitter power supply, or retransmit of process value or setpoint. Like other controllers in the West Plus series, these devices can be configured off-line through a dedicated port and Windows-compatible software.
