Honeywell XYR6000 SmartCET CETW Wireless Corrosion Monitoring Transmitter
Honeywell's SmartCET CETW6000M wireless transmitter model provides four outputs for real-time, online corrosion monitoring: general corrosion rate, an indicator for localized corrosion (pitting factor), Stern-Geary constant (B-value), and a fourth variable to help diagnose the corrosion mechanism. The transmitter connects to the process environment through a process specific probe and electrode combination.
- Measures general corrosion from 0 to 200 Mils per year, 0 to 5 millimeters per year; localized (pitting) corrosion of 0.001 to 1.000; B-value 0 to 100 mV; and corrosion index of -200 to 200
- 2.4 GHz frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) wireless communications
- Powered by two D Lithium batteries, expected lifetime of up to 10 years
- Transmitter range with integral antenna (shown) is 1000 feet line-of-sight
- Accuracy ±0.10% of range at reference conditions for linear inputs
- Part of Honeywell's OneWireless universal mesh network system
