West Controls MLC9000+ Multiloop Temperature Control System

With less wiring, faster setup times, and no need for panel cutouts, the MLC9000+ significantly reduces cost and installation time. PC software and a setup wizard makes configuring parameters a breeze — even integrating between the MLC9000+ and your master device is easy. A drag-and-drop feature in the configurator selects the parameters presented to the master device and automatically generates a custom file to be imported into the master.
- System consists of one communications module and up to eight control modules; Link multiple systems together operations requiring more than 32 loops of control
- Communications modules available for Modbus, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, CANopen, Ethernet/IP and Modbus/TCP
- Control modules have one, three, or four loops, including heater break inputs, and up to six outputs: Solid state relay driver or 2-Amp SPST relays
- Hot-swappable modules let you remove, replace, reconfigure, and get back in service in less than 30 seconds
