West Controls N4400 1/4 DIN and N6400 1/16 DIN Digital Profiling Controllers
West 6400 and 4400 profiling controllers provide accurate programming control over complex processes. They are easy to program, set up and use. The 1/4 DIN West 4400 gives you more immediate visibility than ever before. The 4400 supports up to eight recipes or programs with up to 16 segments each, that can be combined to complex profiles of up to 127 segments.
Options include a four-event relay output card, a fuction-specific digital input card, and a real time clock. The 1/16 DIN West 6400 supports eight recipes or programs with up to 16 segments each, with guaranteed soak, fast control via fuzzy logic, and programming in rate or time mode. Both models come standard with three outputs for control and alarming plus a slot for RS-485 communication.
- Display provide maximum process information at a glance: measured variable, setpiont, parameter being edited, number of cycles, time remaining, recipe name and number, whether cycle is in ramp or soak
- Universal input for thermocouple, RTD, and linear DC signals
- Per-segment free-form programming capabilities
- RS-485 serial Modbus communications optional
- Dedicated port allows configuration directly from a PC, with software for recipe development, transfer, and storage
