Stafsjo’s XV knife gate valve produces a secure and tight shut-off, independent of pressure direction, even in high pressures. The standard PTFE-seated version offers strong flow characteristics and can be used in applications with pulp, water and sludge. A Polyurethane seated version can be used in abrasive applications with light slurries.

The XV valve is supplied with valve body, gate, retainer rings and gland in stainless steel. It comes with the retainer ring system on both sides of the gate, so it’s easy to maintain. The gland box is protected to secure that no media reaches surrounding environment. The top works is made of aluminum beams and stainless steel tie rods for good corrosion resistance and a stable operation.
